Shipping:

All items within the United Kingdom and worldwide will be shipped via ROYAL MAIL,

ALL buyers please note that the delivery time is ESTIMATED and given by Royal Mail, not GUARANTEED.  

Please understand that once a package is picked up by Royal mail we have no control over transit time while in route to the final destination.

Packaging:

All items will be shipped with in Polythene Packaging/bags to ensure the protection of the product. Tracking number (in case of tracking postage) will be provided once payment has cleared and package has been sent.

International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

If you want your package marked as a GIFT at a low value on your Customs form or want us to include an invoice with your package for Customs purposes, please advise us at checkout.

All customs fees/duties are the buyer's responsibility and a refund will NOT be given if the package is REFUSED or NOT CLAIMED.  

Customs clearance and inspections can delay the transit time for International shipments.  We have no control over the processing and handling time due to Customs inspections or review so please be patient.

Return policy:

Returns and Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase, only if it is in the original brand NEW condition.

Please note we will not accept Returns or Exchanges on WORN merchandises.

Item must be shipped back in proper packing as it was sent to the buyer.

Refund: We will give you full refund if you change your mind within 14 days.
