Shipping:

All items within the United Kingdom and worldwide will be shipped via ROYAL MAIL with delivery confirmation tracking number which allows you to track your package online at www.royalmail.co.uk    (Note: Small value products usually sent by non tracked service)

To ALL buyers, please note that the delivery time is only ESTIMATED, not GUARANTEED.  

Please understand that once a package is picked up by Royal mail we have no control over the transit time while in route to the final destination.

International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

If you want your package marked as a GIFT at a low value on your Customs form or want us to include an invoice with your package for Customs purposes, please advise us at checkout.

All customs fees/duties are the buyer's responsibility and a refund will NOT be given if the package is REFUSED or NOT CLAIMED.  

Customs clearance and inspections can delay the transit time for International shipments.  We have no control over the processing and handling time due to Customs inspections or review so please be patient.
